Since becoming the Executive Chef of the Boat Club Restaurant, Chef Jeff Hobart has been working tirelessly on revamping the Boat Club lounge and fine dining menus. While old favorites like the Boat Club Chips and Elk Meatballs won’t be going anywhere he’s brought new life and exciting flavors to both the lounge and fine dining menus. Try the tasty new House Smoked Salmon Artichoke Dip for delicious appetizer everyone will love. Sample the clams that have been updated with roasted shallot and garlic, cream, garlic crostinis. If you’re a vegetarian you’ll be pleasantly surprised with a tasty Vegetable Strudel—not your average vegetarian dish.
