- $20 per month or $220 per person up front for 12-consecutive months of Spa Membership*.
- $40 per month or $420 up front per person for the Spa Gym Membership** for 12 consecutive months.
- $25 per month per person for 3-consecutive months of Spa Membership*.
- Family and couples
- $35 per month or $385 up front per person including dependents under 21 for 12 consecutive months of Spa Membership*.
- $65 per month or $650 per year up front per family member for the Spa Gym Membership** for 12 consecutive months.
- * Spa Membership includes access to all Spa services and Montana Membership Club benefits. It does not include gym and fitness class access.
- ** Spa Gym Membership includes access to all Spa services and Montana Membership Club benefits, plus fitness areas, all fitness classes, steam rooms and rain dump shower.

- No refunds are available on the annual fee after purchase.
- On sign up the first three months of membership is charged and is non-refundable.
- Monthly dues and annual renewal is automatic for those using monthly credit card charge system.
- Members participating in the credit card program may cancel after the first three months with 30-day notification in writing.
- The Spa reserves the right to change prices, program elements and services without notification.
